2. Results are for reference only
All calculation results, quantities, unit prices, suggestions and reports are for reference only; they do not replace design files, reviews, approvals or technical documents signed by a licensed engineer, architect or qualified organization. Users must verify input data and applicable standards and have a qualified professional approve before using for construction, acceptance, payment or safety decisions.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials and notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share accounts in a way that defeats usage limits or access rights.
4. Permitted use
Do not use BuildLab to breach systems, distribute malware, collect data without permission, violate intellectual property, upload content you have no right to use or disrupt the service. Access may be restricted when we detect security risk or misuse.
5. Your data and content
You retain rights to your project data and uploaded files, while granting BuildLab a limited right to process them as necessary to provide, protect and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process and upload that data.

7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BuildLab is not liable for damages arising from using unverified results, incorrect input data, service interruption or your construction and commercial decisions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Vietnamese law.
