Calculation method
This tool determines the design pressure R of the subgrade beneath an isolated footing per TCVN 9362:2012 §4.6.9 (formula (15)).
Enter the footing geometry, embedment depth and soil mechanical parameters (internal friction angle, unit cohesion, unit weight); the tool looks up the three coefficients A, B, D from the TCVN 9362:2012 tables and computes the design pressure R to compare against the actual pressure transferred to the soil.
